Full-Day workshop
Full-Day Workshop (6–7 hours)
What it is: A roll-up-your-sleeves day to map your workflow as connected holons, prioritize “fix-first” moves, and leave with a pilot plan and a simple ROI scorecard. We work through first-party data, address governance, IMb feedback loops, and data storytelling—using your examples, not theory.
Who it’s for: Program owners, ops leaders, enterprise mailers, and public-sector teams ready to align people, data, and delivery across departments.
Outcomes
A shared holon map (intake → composition → address hygiene → output → feedback)
Clear bottlenecks and root causes with owners and timelines
A scoped pilot (or two) with success criteria and checkpoints
A Monday-ready checklist and ROI scorecard for exec visibility
Slide deck + one-page summary your leaders can sponsor
Sample Agenda (6.5 hours incl. breaks)
Kickoff & framing (30 min): goals, glossary, measures that matter
Current-state map (75 min): teams, data, handoffs, pain points
Break (15 min)Address governance & IMb loop (75 min): close the yellow-sticker loop; use events to prevent returns and protect cash flow
Lunch (45–60 min)Prioritize & pilot (75 min): pick 1–2 moves; define scope, owners, timelines
Break (10 min)Story the results (45 min): before/after narrative, executive readout, artifacts
Commitments & next steps (20 min): cadence, checkpoints, success signals
Deliverables
Slides PDF (with your maps and decisions)
One-page plan (checklist, owners, dates)
ROI scorecard template (inputs, signals, cadence)
Optional executive readout (2–3 slides)
Options
Add data pull & quick analysis (pre-work)
Pilot scoping deep-dive (+60–90 min)
30-day follow-up (virtual) to review signals and adjust
Logistics
Capacity: up to ~40 in-room (hybrid/virtual possible up to ~100)
Room: projector/HDMI, whiteboard or stickies, Wi-Fi
Pre-work (recommended): sample mail file/return-mail stats/IMb snapshots, plus a short intake survey
Fee: $9,000–$15,000 + travel at cost (if on-site). Lori travels with a companion for safety and access needs; please include in budgeting.
