Throughout my career, I kept seeing the same pattern.

Organizations weren't struggling because they lacked talented people or powerful technology. They struggled because information became disconnected. Departments operated independently. Data lived in separate systems. Communication broke down between teams. Valuable intelligence was created every day but rarely flowed back into the decisions that needed it most.

Over time, I realized the problem wasn't the individual parts, it was the connections between them.

That realization became the foundation of the Hⁿ Framework.
